Service Description

A couples counselling session typically lasts 50/60 minutes. The aim is for the registered counsellor to actively listen, reflect, psychoeducate, guide and provide preventative, developmental counselling services during the session, and serve as a mediator of conversations.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 72 hours before your session or you will be charged.
